Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and courier, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £50; a standard delivery charge applies below that threshold.

Returns

If a shirt isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@kitvault.example with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and next steps by email.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund, including return postage.
